Church Growth is an arm of the Glory of Christ Church that is responsible for everything concerning the discipleship and spiritual development of members. When a person joins the church, he or she is enrolled in classes for spiritual study and growth. At the same time, the member becomes part of one of the twelve lineages in the church.
A lineage functions like a spiritual family, where members are nurtured, supported, and connected to others within the church community. From this lineage, each member can then discover and join a ministry according to his or her calling and gifting.
